The orders, inquiries and other messages by email at firstname.lastname@example.org are accepted 24 hours a day. We will answer your calls on business days from 8:00 to 18:00.
How to know that the products have been ordered and the order is performed?
After the receipt of your order, the message confirming the receipt of the order is sent to your indicated email address. If you have made an order and have not received any message to the indicated address after a few hours, please check your spam or junk mail folder; if you cannot find the message there either, the order has been made incorrectly.
If you have received the confirmation message, you may be sure that the order is being performed. None of the orders is missed or forgotten. Before the delivery of the parcel, you will be contacted by the courier with whom you will be able to agree on the exact term of delivery.
May I cancel the order?
Yes, you may, if you have not been notified that the products had already been sent out. It is desirable that you would notify of the cancellation of the order as early as possible by email or telephone.
Is an Invoice issued during the purchase of the product(s)?
An Invoice may be issued at the Customer’s request.
What is the product delivery cost?
The product delivery is free of charge!
Do you deliver the products worldwide?
Yes, we can deliver the products anywhere. To all countries of the world!
Within how many days do you deliver the products?
Term of delivery:
USA – from 3 to 6 business days;
EU – from 3 to 6 business days;
To the other countries:
1 to 8 business days.
Will I have to pay the customs duty and other necessary fees?
We guarantee that the Customers in the USA and the European Union will not incur any additional fees or duties.
If you are based in the territory other than mentioned above, you are held liable for the applicable import duties and other necessary fees.
How do I know when my product is being delivered so that I could be at home or in the office then?
Before the delivery of the parcel, you will be contacted by the courier with whom you will be able to agree on the exact term of delivery.
If the date or term of delivery is inconvenient, the Customer must contact the Seller (by email at email@example.com or any of the above-mentioned telephone numbers) as soon as possible so that the date of delivery would be changed or the order would be cancelled.
May the products be replaced?
The product may be replaced with another desired one, if it has not been damaged. It may be performed within 3 days from the receipt of the product. The delivery costs shall be covered by the Customer.
What to do if the product is defective?
First of all, you should contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the situation. The provision of images is mandatory.
